A man I know said “What gets scheduled, gets done” and for the most part, I would agree. And then life happens. And then you get behind, then realize you are human and “making it up later’ is not going to happen. So, you have to get up early, stay up late, or go to lunch alone to get done what needs to get done. Delegating tasks is a plus.
Watching TV, playing on your iPad or your phone is not an option until the work is done. If you want to ‘Get Er Dun’, set a reminder on your phone to help you remember what you need to do.
In order for change to take place, you have to change habits. Out with the old and in with the new. And let me confirm, it’s worth it to see, feel and have the change in you.
